• We should always begin with the end in mind. By that I mean what is our desired outcome from any day’s activity?

    Daily progress is what we should strive for because it makes us feel alive and fulfilled.

    We must do everything possible to always be at our best. And it starts with the pillars of health and there are six:

  • To me it is quite simple, and that is to have energy to be sharp & focused in order to be able to get stuff done, accomplish your goals.

  • Nutrition

  • Sleep

  • Hydration

  • Exercise

  • Stress Reduction

  • Supplementation

And probably in that order of importance…..
